Returns

The procedure to return a product purchased in our online store is as follows:

1. Send an email to [email protected] requesting the return of the product within 14 business days from the date you received the package, leaving us in writing the reason for the return and the order number.

2. Returned products must be packaged:

- In the same way you received it, together with any type of accessory included in the original package, the garments you return must not be used, washed or damaged in any way.

- With all tags and original packaging.

3. Contact an authorized parcel service or a local mail service and send us the package to the address they will give you as soon as you send the email requesting the return.

4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is defective, Caro Luna assumes the full cost of the return and/or exchange.
Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded with a personal code and without an expiration date that can be redeemed in the signature.

In the case of receiving the wrong product that had been ordered, or receiving a poor quality product, please contact [email protected]. We will take care of organizing the return and/or exchange, Caro Luna will bear the shipping and return costs. Returns with an unpaid shipment will not be accepted.
